Heal and Clear Emotional Energy Blocks
There are many different healing techniques with the breath. Before are 3 of my favorite to heal the body.
Touch the part of your body where you feel pain. This will tell your body where you want your breath to go. Breathe into the body being touched to remove the pain.
For example: To bring your heart in healing coherence to your brain:
• Lie down, close your eyes, slowly take in one deep breath then slowly out breath. Place your hand on your heart to practice the following breathing technique:
Do this one 3 times:
• Breathe in slowly for a count of 4.
• Hold for a count of 4.
• Breathe out for a count of 8.
The Heart loves this one. Why? Because when you breathe in less and breathe out more this communicates to your heart you are in Healing mode and not in fight or flight mode. The heart will let the brain know this. The brain will then shift all your cells back to healing mode.
B. This breathing technique is for pain throughout the body.
• Breathe slow, deep breaths for a count of 6.
• Breathe slow deep breaths out for a count of 9.
• Continue slow deep breathing until you notice the pain is gone or reduced from 10 to 3.
Pay attention to your body for the next 48 hours. The pain will continue to heal itself.
C. This is a Breathing Technique for emotional pain.
• Lie down, get comfortable, close your eyes
• Take one deep breath slowly in through your nose. Breath slowly out as much as possible through your mouth.
• With your eyes closed, move your eyes to the far right as you hold your breath out. This will become easy with practice.
• Hold your breath out as long as possible. Shift eyes to right.
Shifting your eyes, changes your perception of a past trauma or situation. Holding your breath out as long as you can, allows your body the time it needs to move your energy as your perception changes.
